Whether you're experiencing issues with your heating or cooling system or simply want to avoid the extra costs of future repairs, the highly capable, professional and certified technicians at Advanced Integrated Mechanical Specialists are here to help. We will diagnose and perform the identified repairs on all your HVAC and water heater needs.

When you purchase our Maintenance Plan, the following services are included for a full year:

Scheduled maintenance on all units specified in your contract two times per year. This includes:
- standard filters
- coil cleaning of the outside unit
- pressure and amp readings
- drain pan cleaning
- all electrical components are checked
- refrigerant levels checked
When service is needed, you will be placed in front of any non-contract holders that have called with similar services
Parts and/or refrigeration needed during maintenance will be an additional charge.
10% off material (except for refrigerant)
Hourly rate for service calls is not included in the Maintenance Plan and will be billed at the hourly rate.
